The world is at war and you are the commander of one of the warring factions. You control the destiny of your people, your homeland, and your planet. On and above the Earth you must marshal your forces, send forth your troops, hire the right commanders, and crush your enemies.

Politique de retour Vous pouvez retourner la majorité des articles neufs vendus par Le Roi des Cartes Valleyfield dans un délai de 30 jours de la date de réception de l’article pour un remboursement complet. Nous payons aussi les frais de livraison si le retour est dû à un erreur de notre part (produit incorrect ou endommagé, etc.).

Remboursements Les remboursements sont effectués une fois le produit retourné à été reçu et traité. Ce processus peut prendre jusqu’à quatre semaines, bien que généralement le délai est plus court. Cette période inclut le temps de transit de la compagnie de livraison (5 à 10 jours ouvrables), notre délai de traitement une fois le produit reçu (3 à 5 jours ouvrables) et le temps que le fournisseur de paiement traite le remboursement (voir ci-dessous). Nous vous contacterons via courriel quand nous aurons reçu et traité le remboursement.

Return Policy You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by King Cards Valleyfield within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Cancellations If you decide to cancel an order, a 3% fee restocking fee will be applied to the refund amount.

Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are not possible on order if processed or on preorders when placed and reserved through our Distrubution channels. If you want to cancel an order already process, we will charge you a 4% fee on the cancellation.

Refunds are possible on tracked shippings, for missing cards and for grading errors. If this happens, you can reach us by phone, Facebook or email. We may ask you for additional documents such as pictures of the shipped cards or we may ask you to return the items before processing to refunds. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the necessary documents. This process can take up to a week in addition to all shipping delays
